Hobbs’ Applewood Smoked Bacon
Hobbs’ famous Applewood Smoked Bacon is available in two varieties: Original Cured and now in Uncured, without added Nitrates and Nitrites. Also, it’s gluten free, raised without antibiotics and vegetarian fed.
Salami Chubs
Hobbs’ also offers three types of Salami Chubs, perfect for meat and cheese trays and hors d’oeuvres at home. Our San Francisco has a hint of tequila flavoring, while our Wine chub is infused with Chianti wine and our Fennel & Pepper is an Italian Finocchiana flavored with fennel.
